• Phase III (Advanced Integration): Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Odisha, Goa, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala are currently standardizing secondary-stage question templates and establishing local training cells.
• Phase II (Capacity Building): Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, and Assam are scaling up grassroot-level master trainer sessions.

• Meghalaya | MBoSE & SCERT Launch Digital Assessment Push The Meghalaya Board of School Education, in coordination with SCERT, has kicked off an intensive four-day educator workshop in Shillong. The initiative focuses on training over 80 key educators and vocational trainers on the PARAKH Assessment Taxonomy and the implementation of the Holistic Progress Card (HPC). Teachers are getting hands-on training with digital systems to build customized question papers that test critical thinking instead of rote memory.
• Nagaland | NBSE Begins Competency-Based Question Bank DriveIn Kohima, the Nagaland Board of School Education has commenced a statewide capacity-building initiative for item-writers. Seventy-three expert educators are collaborating to map out structured question banks aligned with higher-order cognitive domains like analysis, evaluation, and creation, establishing a direct bridge between daily classroom practice and formal board exams.
